European Union: 19–22 business days

These estimates do not include processing time.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Email support@vaileudecor.com with your order number. After 24 hours, personalized or made-to-order items may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Refund

Personalized Items

Personalized products, including items with custom names, numbers, text, images, or designs, are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind or incorrect customer-selected options.

Please check your size, color, spelling, number, and personalization carefully before ordering.

Non-Personalized Items

Eligible unused and non-personalized products may be returned within:

  • EU: 14 days after delivery, where the statutory withdrawal right applies.
  • USA: 30 days after delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
